All they do is sell high price used cars won't work with you an a price then when you call during your warranty period to tell them something is wrong they refuse to fix it and state nothing is wrong. Now my car is out of warranty only had it for  6 months and it falling apart just spent over 2000 dollars at repair shop to get it fixed correctly. All major car work is outsourced to other shops so they really don't do any work besides the basics. Also was promised car would be detailed upon pick up me and the husband spent six hours detailing it ourselves because dog hair was all over and they cleaned the windows with something that made them all oily. Service manager has no clue what she is doing.  I also referred a friend to here and her engine blew as soon as her warranty is up they rig everything. I refuse to call or go to the place. PLEASE DONT GO HERE FOR A CAR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND LIED TOO. IF YOU DONT PAY THEY WILL SHUT YOUR CAR OFF NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE.

Did not get the car I wanted. Was put into a car they picked. They were able make the numbers work on that car and not on the others. Would not buy another car from them or refer others.

This is an awesome dealership. This dealership gave me a chance when no one else would finance me. They have great customer service and a super mechanics, especially the manager. Very friendly people make it an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. I have seen some negative feedback which I cannot and will not agree with. First of all this is a "used car" business. One should expect to have to make repairs and replace parts. This is no different than if you buy a new car. Over time parts break. And when it comes to repairs, this is what sets Ontario apart from other dealerships. Their customer service is phenomenal. They will work with you to resolve your mechanical problem and in most cases will go above and beyond to help their loyal customers.  I truly enjoy this company and the people who work there. They are professional, friendly and really care about giving you good customer service, not just lip service.

Used cars are a RISK...but coviently after 90 days almost everything went. Bereings, rotors brakes (which ok I'll chalk it up to normal wear n tear, which shouldnt not after 90 days)...but not just that calipers with complete hub assembly...not cheap. There more to list about 1st 6 months but my main issue is... DID NOT HELP MY CREDIT...what so ever. AND I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT OR WAS EVEN LATE!!! i was a model customer for them as far as making my payments. Then after paid off my suv died completely 1 month actually less than 1 month 27 days after. Then went to a REAL DEALERSHIP and found a outstanding sub and got a lousy $500 But anyway when we went to get that lousy $500 trade in at a real dealship and found out 2 additional leans on title and want me to pay $20 to them to clarify it with dealship. Unreal...UNPROFESSIONAL, JUNK JUNK JUNK...JUNK ALL AROUND, JUNK VECHILES, JUNK CUSTOMER SERVICE JUNK EVERYTHG!!! PLEASE PEOPLE ALL DEALERSHIPS HANDLE BAD CREDIT NO CREDIT NOW AND SUM A5 LOWER INTEREST...PLEASE EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS EVEN IN A DESPERATE TIME AS ALL THEY WILL DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU AT THAT. Don't help you get your credit back and even after if you go to sell it or trade it you will find hidden leans and they want more money from you!!!  Ontario Auto you should be ashamed and feel dirty for taking advantage of struggling fellow Americans including this Vet widow with kids.
