Really great experience. My salesperson (Dennis Cox) is very knowledgeable, thorough, with no hint of pressure sales. He went above and beyond to uncover lease options and incentives. He made the entire process simple and actually fun.

I feel as if this dealership will tell women whatever is needed to get them out the door. I went in for an oil change at 5:40pm and did not leave until 7:20pm I asked had my tires been rotated I was told yes as I had the tire lock so the tires were not rotated as I was told. I had to go back the next morning because my service tires light had come on as I arrived to work. For my time and inconvenience I was told to come back once the snow is gone for a free hand car wash which does not come close to the amount of time and money I lost from missing work. This is not my first time being having a issue with this service portion of the dealership so I have decided that I will find somewhere else to get an oil change.

Great service at this place always friendly and informative. The fact it is close to me makes it a bonus. I can see why they have been in business for years. My next vehicle will be purchased from Ed Rinke. Granted it may be a couple of years, but none the less, they will have my business.

Enjoyed working with the salesman. He was very patient answering any questions that I had. Drove almost an hour to get there and was very happy when I left. Would recommend this dealership.

Horrible customer service. I live 3.5 hours away and asked the salesman to do a walk around before I drive out. I was told the he would get back to me later in the day. I called at the end of the day and never heard back from them. I even sent the sales manager an email and never heard from him either. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. If you have another choice for a dealership I suggest you take it.
