I am from Bolivar MO in town working construction. My truck was making a scraping noise I thought front brakes. I took it to Ed's shop this morning to have it checked out. It wasn't the brakes my transfer case was cracked. They found a good used transfer case and got my truck fixed on the same day for a very reasonable price. I asked to see the old one which they promptly showed me. Good honest people here would definitely recommend for any auto repair you need! Good job guys and God bless! Thanks so much for your help.

Same Day appointment, fast and accurate diagnosis, fixed the problem quickly and did not gouge the out-of-town traveler on price.

My 2011 Camry's Check Engine light and another "idiot light" came on - the engine was running rough and would stall out at low RPM/ idle. This disastrous behavior occurred on a trip from Texas through Iowa/ Illinois on through to Western New York - I had NO time to spare, and I found myself with the proverbial "ox in the mire".
 
Calling ahead to Ed's Auto Repair in the morning resulted in an appointment right after lunch that same day. They put their up to date computer diagnostic equipment on and check error codes - cleaned a dirty Mass Air Flow Valve/sensor - cleared the codes - and the car is running great. They did NOT just start guessing at this-n-that and replacing expensive parts - but rather pinpointed the root problem - cleaned an existing part, charged for a bit of labor and incidentals - and wished me well on my journey

Our van broke down on our way through while on vacation.  These guys got it in, fixed it, and had us back on our way in a matter of a couple hours.  They were very friendly and helpful.  Would recommend this business to anyone!

Had to get to Iowa city and my breaks were bad. I called in the morning and they got my car in the afternoon. They worked with my budget and timing. Great place to go and friendly people.
