I've had generally good experience buying local... you pay a little more but you can count on them standing behind their product. Well at ace in Hamilton I think it's Harniteux you can count on that but not at farm and home. I had a bad experience paying twice what the pump was worth then they wouldn't stand behind it. All I wanted was an exchange. No receipt no exchange. It was a 1/10 hp Wayne pump with less than 3000 hours on it.....junk I won't be back to that place for anything, they should of just exchanged it.

Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and happy to help. They have a great selection of almost anything you could ever need.
