When we moved into our new house we had a lot of work that needed to be done and didn’t even know where to begin! Ed’s gave us a full tune up and provided details about each step of the process so we understood what was going on. Our technician was very experienced and professional. Highly recommend!

I have used Ed's for all 3 of their services and am so happy with the work they do and the great service they provide. They show up on time and never try to up-sell me. They have always had very professional service people and the office staff is very friendly. I highly recomment Ed's for heating and cooling as well as Electric and Plumbing!

No communication. I called and waited 2 weeks for an electrician to come out and look at why a ceiling fan wouldn't work. After paying $98. for the tech to come out he was there exactly 11 minutes and told me he couldn't fix the issue today he needed a part and would call to try and get the job back in two days later. Never heard back. After calling it would at least be another week or so because all the electricians were on a big job. Not stupid. It is the holidays and you probably are not staffed correctly. Just call me back and communicate with me when you would be able to return. My time is valuable too but not $8.91a minute.

J.L. was a professional, he took the time to listen, made suggestions and offered options for the project I presented. He kept me informed of when and how the project would take place. He also phoned prior to installation to check on the date and readiness of our home for the installation. When the two Installers - Jason & Seth - arrived,- first of all they arrived 5 minutes early, second they explained what they were going to do and how long it should take. During the installation they kept me informed of the progress and as they worked they cleaned up each are they had worked. in. I found these men pleasant to work with and would recommend the entire team.
