They were very nice and super cheap . The heel to my came clear off and they fixed my boot for 12$ 💓💓 BEST PLACE EVER ! THEY WERE SUPER FRIEDNLY TOO

I went in to get my boots repaired, and the gentleman behind the counter was short and rude, telling me that he didn't have time to do the repair but that perhaps the woman who works with him would. I left my boots, name and number.
I work at night, so by the time I got her call the next day she had already left. I returned her call the moment that I woke up today to make sure that I caught her before she left, and she was also very rude and condescending. She didn't sound like she wanted to do the job either, and like I was a terrible inconvenience to her, so I told her that I would be by a little later to pick up my boots. 
For the record, I want to state that I am not working with a lot of extra money. I have one single pair of boots, bought for me as a gift, that I have had for years. The money that it would cost to repair them is not something that I can just throw around; it equals about two weeks of groceries, but I was willing to spend the money because I needed them fixed and I wanted to support a small local business, which is important to me. 
When I actually arrived to pick them up, she was nice to the lady in front of me, but as soon as she understood who I was and why I was there, she became nasty and condescending. I asked her what I might do to fix them myself, and she proceeded to tell me that I don't have access to the supplies that she has, so I may as well just have her fix them if I wanted it done right. Which, while that may be true, is not the way that you approach it.
Quite frankly, it was the attitude that everyone in that shop displayed which is the reason that I took my boots back without having them fixed. If I am going to be a paying customer, at the very least I expect not to be talked down to and treated like an inconvenience.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I used this store for repair on custom shark skin boots. Gorgeous boots that even the worker was impressed with. I paid them for a repair on a tear as well as a deep conditioning. When I got them back, they were conditioned, but not repaired which I didnt notice until I had worn them again causing more damage I am sure. I went back, they fixed it that day with some kind of strange looking glue. That came off within a week, and also didnt hold the tear, so it continued to rip. I am not a pro at fixing leather boots. They are supposed to be, I am not sure if these needed a patch or something other then their flimsy glue, but I now have beautiful boots sitting in my closet because I cant wear them and cause them anymore damage. I am quite sad that they didnt do their job correctly.

The owner was very rude towards the very few conversations we had together. Then screwed up the color on my Ariat boots. Then he said to me, I just put you ahead off 60 people what do expect he says. Needless to 
say that he ruined my boots. And he didn't care. He treated me terrible. Beware o
