Most helpful staff. Knowledgeable, courtesy, prompt, respectfulness, and empthatic. Had nothing but pleasant experience dealing with them. EDD Victorville, Please keep doing what you're doing and ignore negative comments from some person whom gets sour if things don't work out for him/her.

absolutely ridiculous, why bother work somewhere if you have no idea what the hell you're even doing, everyone looks so unhappy and its so unprofessional and they give 0 answers.

I'm fairly new to the High Desert (about a year and a half) and after being recently unemployed from a job in Victorville I decided to go to Victorville EDD. The 2 Representatives at the front desk were very kind and eager to help me. I have been to EDDs in the past and, oh boy, a couple of them were incredibly horrible in customer service AND in the way they ran the work search area. This location is the polar opposite!  The reps take time to help in a courteous manner. Between the workers and the security guard, there is decency and order in the entire place. No talking on cell phones allowed (but you are allowed to text msg). It's clean and drama free. I don't know what people mean by the negative comments said here, but I've heard people interact at this EDD on several occasions, with different representatives, and they are ALL kind spoken and help in every way they can.  Really only one way to know, and that's to make a visit.

Extremely Rude receptionist, Will be reported. 

Details: I called with a simple question to see if they could help with my grandfather's disability, or if they could assist in any way, and was yelled at like a child being scolded. A simple "No, sorry" would suffice, but this lady just had no common courtesy. Seems like passive aggressive behavior, but what can I say, the High Desert is full of these rude people.
