I'm on social security and get paid on the 3rd of each month. My due date is set for the 5th and they will not change it to give me time to pay it. I always get a late fee. The rates are ridiculous. My actual usage came to $56 and they automatically add the surcharge of $48. Almost 90% of my bill is a surcharge that brings my bill to $108. I know a lot of people pay more but it is a stretch for me. They do offer an $8 discount for low income. What a joke. I hate this company and it's monopoly over us.

I had a leak on my side of the meter. I called too have them shut the water off so I could repair the leak. After a frustrating attemp to fix the leak the adjoining meter started to leak. I called them and they sent 2 3 man crews too fix the whole thing. Good service, and respectful.

Thought I had paid the bill but most likely forgot to push another button. turned off my water with no notice!!! I wish I could give them less than 1 star

Worst water company every made my pregnant wife jump threw hoop with my two other boys to get our water switched and turned back on and are trying to charge us for the water guy coming out a second time because the first guy messed up. There costumer service is horrible and they are rude. Burger but money hungry pigs

They have been telling us for 20 years water was in short supply. Pay attention, there not lying, they don't make the stuff anymore. You don't need Electricity, you can get a candle. You sure don't need a Phone, your on it to much anyway. give up Gas, you can use fire wood, your grandparents did. You do however need water, or you die. So, get a bucket and go to the river, or, watch how much water you use and deal with it.
