Nicholas and Lisa were super helpful and personable, and handled a busy store by themselves, giving attention to all customers, and definitely made my visit exceptional!  I'm a terrible shopper (too many choices!), and they listened to what features I was looking for in a coat, and helped narrow down the selection and remained attentive, checking in with me, and bringing me other potential coats to try on.  Even while they were with other customers, I never felt like they left me floundering, alone, adrift in a sea of options that I'd never see my way out of.  It took awhile, but I'm happy with my choice, and left very satisfied! The two of them made all the difference in the shopping experience!
