I had the nicest sales clerks help me tonight in the women's dresses and lingerie departments. Such a nice experience. Tons of dresses to choose from and there was a great sale. So good to know I can always count on good selection and good quality clothes at Macy's!

Black Friday shopping. Lines were not moving fast, but that was okay. Employees were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I found everything, even helping me locate an item.

Out dated and dirty store with merchandise displays messy and the rest rooms are deproable. I wonder why Macys isn't profitable

The cashier didn't remove the security tag. It wouldn't be a problem if I live near by. But I had to drive to the store for about an hour just to remove the tag!
