I came in with my daughter and the first thing I noticed was that the music playing in the store had profanity. The second was that all three girls working that shift didnt even acknowledge we had entered the store, there was no one else in there. The employees were talking amongst themselves cursing, laughing. My daughter saw a shirt she liked and when we went to cash out the cashier, black girl with short hair and glasses looked at us like we were bothering her. She didn't even speak to me grabbed the shirt, rung it up gave me my receipt and change. Meanwhile she's talking to her co worker that was leaving the store to get change for the register. I'm standing there the rude cashier looked at me and said "didn't I give you your change and receipt? I said yes but that the item I purchased needed to be bagged and given to me. If she wouldn't be such a lazy, rude and nasty employee doing everything but working she would have realized that. I was there today December 2 around 2 pm. All three employees were rude and dont know the meaning of customer service or how to.carry themselves in a professional manner. If I was the owner of that store they would all be fired. I DO NOT recommend this store just because of these 3 untrained employees. You can go to Styles on Hillsboro off powerline they have young, professional employees and they actually take their job seriously.

Came to exchange or get store credit for unworn merchandise, the assistant manager declined my return. (She even call the store manager as well) After 3 years of shopping there I will never return, the one time you expect customer courtesy you don't even get it. :(
