It's a good store, no doubt about it. But it's nothing out of the average. Also seems to be a bit of a ghost town inside, but at least there's never any lines. That's a plus

I had the greatest experience today with Sandra in the outdoor department for patio furniture I wasn't feeling the best she was so patient with me helping me place an online order I just want Sears to value employees that give great customer service please value your employees that give great customer service

Don't  get fooled into signing up this card.
Worst costume service EVER!
 They never sent to me a card and even this way they put my credit score down for something that I never used.
