We liked our room but mattress was very bad. But called down and they gave us a new one. Much better. We would stay there again. Had a great time.

very  rude employees,  when checking in I was told my room was ready-BUT-i would be charged $11.50 extra if I wanted to get in it before 3 pm.  Then when checking out  I asked for the totaled up bill and Vanessa said I could total it my self, and got very loud and screamed at me all the while I walked to the cashiers desk,  everyone  was looking at the woman.  I told her she should go back to P.R. classes.   The buffet was awful, dried out and tasteless. I won't return to that casino to stay or eat.  The only good  thing I can say is " I liked the pillows ".

Save yourself the disappointment and go next door to the Colorado Belle for the buffet. I’m very tolerant with my food but this was downright disgusting compared to the buffet next door.

They should rename the buffet to "The Poverty Barn". Worst lunch I've ever had, and I like some pretty questionable food.

Food was gross and bland. Not as much selection and you can see looking around they are slowly going out of business. Crab legs were super fishy tasting. Just wasn’t satisfied and can see why we hadn’t been back in years.
