Worst Hotel experience I’ve ever had. They didnt  have me down for a pet reservation although I called in advance to ensure they had it in the system . Then acted like they were doing me a huge favor by giving me one. I get to my room and there’s a terrible over powering smell of cleaning solution they used and I couldn’t even hang out in the room for longer than 10 minutes without getting a headache. Bathtub also didn’t drain and the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor.  Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep, my dog couldn’t stop coughing because of the fumes and they were rude when I contacted and completely unwilling to do anything to help the situation or fix the issue. I felt like I was setup and the whole thing was intentional because they overbooked.  The next day I Immediately checked out and asked for a refund instead of sticking it out for the entire three days I had planned.   They didn’t even offer to refund a percentage of the miserable night I stayed and were only willing to refund the two nights I hadn’t, taking no responsibility.  I will never book a room here ever again!  I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a dump!

Love this place, we stayed for a couple of weeks waiting for our housing to be ready, we also stayed elsewhere in the area, Colorado belle,  Edgewater, Tropicana before here, for many reasons did not stay in the big casino properties,  the pioneer we were impressed with the staff, clean rooms, nice housekeeping,  yes a little dated, but security, great parking and a restaurant locals eat at that is yummy and reasonably priced all made up for it.  River walk,  little casino like they were 30-40 years ago. We think best described as a hotel  casino, with rooms like a motor lodge,  check out bumbleberry flats.restaurant  Voted best for area for 4 or five years running. We traveled with a 8 year old. She says the wishing well works!!!!!!
Very much enjoyed our stay.

Quaint and way more pleasant smelling than the Aquarius in terms of managing the indoor air quality (smokiness). Really good brunch and priced very fairly for what's included at the Bumbleberry Cafe. We didn't stay overnight here but I immediately liked the ambiance and think I would choose to if I'm ever back in Laughlin. Has the nostalgic feel of the "Old Vegas" heyday and motels of my childhood travels in smaller SW towns with a lovely river walk right outside .

Totally loved this place!  River view is great. Too bad the employees spoiled it. Couldn't be bothered with customers. Desk clerk totally ignored me even though I was right in front of her and another clerk sent me to her.  Restaurant mgr also had no interest in customers.
 Because of the hotel itself and incredible maintenance staff I will come back.

The restaurant they have, Bumbleberry Flats, has amazing food for very reasonable prices. Food tastes delicious, fresh and is always how you order. Portions are big! Service is great.
