The stay was very nice. The water park was a bit crowded, but that is to be expected. Everything seemed clean and well taken care of. I only had two complaints about my stay. The heater in the room did not blow any hot air out even at its max setting. When I informed the hotel staff they just gave a generic apology. The other is that the all you can eat breakfast buffet could have been better. The pancakes we're very hard as were the french toast sticks. For $6.99 plus tax per person, I would expect a bit better. Overall, though it was a fun experience and I would visit again if these things were improved.

Water park is great and very kid friendly. Hot tub is not too hot so that is kid friendly as well. Concession area is also awesome, great food and drinks. As far as the hotel is concerned, it is a 2 star hotel so don’t expect a whole lot other than a room to be in when you are not in the water park or navigating around the town. Hotel is very dated and could definitely use a number of upgrades, but then again it’s only a 2 star hotel. 

Views of Lake Superior are beautiful as well.

Our annual trip is a success yet again! Our room was clean & the kids had a blast in the pool area & the arcade. The view from our room would have been spectacular buuut with snow falling ya couldn't tell.  Breakfast the next morning was an adventure! The kids love the long walk& finding the directions along the walls.

Nice big room, heat went out, hotel supplied space heater for us. Water park is fun, hot tub is not hot or even warm at best its luke warm maybe. Expectations not met. Would not allow for a late check out. Hot water ran out on Sunday morning in room. Had to shower kids in locker room. Hotel stated that's normal because everyone is showering at the same time. The only thing they did was take some money off the bill. We will not go back.

It is an okay hotel with an indoor water park. The kids loved it and the two room suites made it livable though there are so many nicer hotels.

If you need to keep some kids busy for a few days in the middle on winter in Minnesota, this is a great place to do it.
