Have never had anything but the best experiences with this location. All my orders are placed either in the store or over the phone with nothing but the utmost ease. My orders have been delivered same day before, exactly as I wanted them to be. Everything is always fresh and delicious and the customer service I receive is always the best. Thank you Edible Arrangements of Manalapan, for making my customer experience so effortless.

Just HORRIBLE ...!!!....how is it possible to sell a $ 100.00 worth of fruit, that taste so so bad....the chocolate they use taste like plastic....even my balloon had very little helium in it......NEVER AGAIN...!!.

What a HORRIBLE Edible Arrangements location! In a business of delivering gifts, especially perishables such as those purchased through Edible Arrangements, one needs to love the gift of giving. Its obvious that the employee(s) at this location DO(ES) NOT!! The man I spoke with at this location is very very rude. I have ordered many gifts for people through other Edible Arrangements locations and have never been treated like this before. He was unwilling to take my recommendation for a delivery time, then gave me an attitude the next day when he had to throw away the gift. He made it seem like it was my fault that the gift was wasted. When I asked him to deliver at a certain time because the receipent wouldnt be home during that hour, he said "nobody is ever home, we will figure it out." Then he pushed me off the phone. He didnt even have the courtesty to say bye...the both times I spoke with him he just hung up the phone. All this man had to do was listen and deliver an hour later and he could have saved his store some money, and my friend would have gotten his gift on time. Now they wont deliver the item until 3 days after the delivery date. The recipient STILL hasnt gotten the gift yet! There are other locations in the area you can order from, I would definitely stay away from the Manalapan location.
