The owner was extremely rude. She asked for my name and I gave my fiancee' s name the person who placed the order. She said "that doesn't help me." I then told her she was rude and gave her my name. When I told her my deliver was to my neighbors home she did nothing to rectify the situation. I would never recommend someone with such poor customer service. Thanks for nothing.
I posted the photo of my door note saying they delivered it to my neighbors ! We're paying for something we never received. I would never recommend these people.

Will never return to this hell hole again. Their manager hope should be fired ! The flowers they send out are a disgrace !

They did a wonderful job on flower bouquet for my mother in law. The flowers were fresh and priced reasonably

When the flowers arrived, they looked nothing like described. 
The bouquet was much smaller, the stems were cut short: had 3 mini roses, 3 lily buds, 3 carnations, 3 unopened iris flowers, all that for $75+$15 delivery charge . My boyfriend was so upset when he saw them, he called to tell them how disappointed he was and that he wanted to bring flowers back and get a refund. They ignored his complaint.
