I just had one of the most horrible customer experiences ever with any store and its management. I ordered a large arrangement that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday (3/27/17) to an office located 2 blocks from the store. At 6:30 pm, long after the office closed, the tracking information stated that the order was in transit. I called the store to check the status and no one answered. I called Edibles Arrangements International and they were not able to make contact because no one answered. They simply offered to file a complaint and told me to expect a response in 48 hours. I personally went to the store today (3/28/17) to inquire about the order only to be met at the counter by a person claiming to be the manager. I asked why my order had not been delivered. His cavalier response was "I don't know, people make mistakes". He was not the least bit apologetic and never gave a reason. I asked for a refund, which he provided still without an apology. As I left the store he said in a very snarky tone "You have a good day". I turned and looked at him without saying a word. He then said, "I'm certainly going to have one." I should have read the other reviews before selecting this store. Can't understand why they would want to be in a customer service business with their 'I don't care' attitude. BUYER BEWARE! !!!!

(trust IT WOULDNT BE ANY STARS,THEY WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT A STAR)i placed an order on Friday 3/10 for my aunts special day . i ordered a martini cup filled with covered strawberries. for some reason another store called me (FST) But i ordered through MST (DC).They called to tell me there was NOT any martini glasses but they could put it into a box . that seemed tacky but i still said ok thats fine. 10mins later the same store called and told me they could NOT do my delivery due to it being too busy. AT THIS POINT IM ANNOYED AND TOLD THEM CANCEL MY DAMN ORDER.IT IS A WHOLE WEEK LATER & IVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND !I CALLED THIS AM AROUND 11 TO THE MST LOCATION AND SPOKE TO HAYDEE OR SOMEONE NAME (H)SHE TOLD ME SHELL CALL ME BACK BUT INSTEAD I HAD TO CALL HER Bck after an hour& SHE HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS EVEN THOUGH I JUST SPOKE TO HER , WHICH SHOWED ME THEY WAS NOT LOOKING FOR MY REFUND.NOW ITS 338PM &IVE BEEN CALLING (MST,DC)STORE AND ALWAYS A BUSY SIGNAL FROM THEN TO NOW. I ALSO CALLED FST AGAIN AND THE PHONE JUST KEEPS RINGING. SO I WOULD TELL ANYONE **DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS , THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR GUEST.I HAD TO GO TO GIANT & had to get her some items!AS OF NOW IM STILLLLL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK OR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN AND TO AVOID THIS FOR YOU!NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !

This location is going to be the reason why I will not use Edible Arrangements as a company for gifting special creations to someone special. I placed an order through the website on a Saturday for a Monday delivery. The item was never delivered and any sort of correspondence was never communicated. When we called their phone number it was always busy or sent to voicemail. Please refer to the other locations in the D.C. Area when ordering through this company.

this experience was poor. my package did not deliver on time and when it was expected. it was for a birthday surprise and all that got shipped was a box. i got the run around about the free box of chocolates. then when the package delivered the bouquet that i ordered was not even shipped only the free boxes of candy. so i didn't get what i even paid for

CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION! DO NOT ORDER FROM THE LOCATION ON Mst NW!!! I placed an order 3/27/17. It wasn't delivered so I called the 800 number to see why it hadn't gotten there. I was told that they would file a complaint with the store and it will take 24-48 hours to resolve. THEY REFUSE TO TRANSFER THE ORDER TO ANOTHER STORE UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGER AT THE STORE WHERE THE ORDER WAS PLACED. So, I called that store myself. The first time I called, I was on hold for 16 minutes only to be hung up on after the representative said hello. Then I called back and was rudely told "I am having problems with my phone I can't see any orders" and then was hung up on. The representatives didn't inquirie about why I was calling nor did he get any of my information to call me back. He just hung up on me. TERRIBLE SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST! I will NEVER order from them again. Totally frustrating experience and it's still not resolved.
