We rec'd as a gift a fruit arrangement for Christmas this year.  Had to ask that it be replaced since fruit was soggy & slimy, barely lasted to the next day, chocolate was messy and falling off fruit.  We had also ordered one for our Christmas Eve gathering, and were picking it up on Christmas Eve.  They agreed over the phone to make a 2nd one up to replace the first one which was delivered to our door on the 21st.   We ended up giving one to a friend, and we had one.  Not much better.....will never buy from here again!!  Very expensive, and not quality!  I had two from the Manchester store last year, and they were delicious, neatly presented, and lasted for a few days....I think the problem with edible arrangements is, they are not consistent from store to store.

It has very fast and efficient, the people were very welcoming and treated me with great hospitality.

Great service. Place is super clean and the owner clearly loves her job. Pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. New smoothies are awesome!

Broken chocolate heart on the strawberry, didn't put in requested card and had to pick up order earlier than able to because they said they were closing at 5pm on Saturday but mother's day hours said 7pm.
