Over the past couple months I've seen this store totally re-hauled, it looks AHHMAZING in there now, I actually know what I'm looking at. Paired with an extremely friendly staff that will go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you, this will always be my FIRST CHOICE!!! Cant WAIT for your raffle either!!!!

Customer service is awful. Bought an ash catcher and within 10 minutes of it getting home snapped for no reason. Brought it back within the hour and was told a 20% discount was the only thing they could do. Reached out to a manager and was ignored. Please save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else.
