I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday. She received it on time and was a beautiful arrangement. I asked her how was the fruit and she stated that it was not sweet except the pineapples. For the price of the arrangement, the fruit should've been sweet and tasty. I don't know if I'll order another from this location. 😒😒

My Neice sent me something from here for Valentines, paid extra for me to receive it on 2/14/17. She called several times to see if I had received the ordered.  At 8:10 p.m. she got a text that delivery was complete, and called me again. I had not yet gotten anything. By 9 p.m. I turned the porch light off and went to bed. Phone rung at 10:29 and the delivery man said he was at my door. Well he was at the wrong house . I called him back and informed him that he was not at my door, he was somewhere down the street. I gave him my address and he said he would get in his car and come down further. The delivery ticket had my correct address on  it. I asked what took so long and his response was that he had a flat tire and had to change the flat tire. I don' t live very far from this business and I was not pleased with the customer service. The product was good, but no call to say anything about the delivery running late and 10:29 p.m.???

Great product, but slow on delivery. They once delivered a Valentine's arrangement after my lady friend's office closed at 5 PM. This is despite the order being placed a week in advance. They never offered compensation for the late delivery.

Today is my b-day my mom ordered edible arrangements to be delivered to me. She lives in Illinois and paid over the phone they said they would deliver at 12pm well 1pm came and no delivery she called and they said between 3-3:30pm again they never came. She called again and they said 30min. 45 min passed and still nothing. She called and told them she was going to make a complaint with corporate the woman said "ok" and hung up on her. The man finally arrived at 4:30pm no explanation no I'm sorry.

This place is a joke! I ordered an arrangement on 2/9 to be delivered by noon it got there at 4:20 when I called the store to complain I told them I was going to call the 1_800 number on them they said so go ahead and hung up on me. Terrible customer service
