Worst service, walked in no one was at the counter. Had to wait about almost 30 minutes to have  know I was here. He had music in the back playing which is why he didn't hear me come in. He couldn't find my order and I placed it on Sunday. Waited 10 minutes for him to find it and it was in the fridge. Do the employees not keep track of what and where the orders are put? This place needs more people and to be better managed.

I love this place.  They've got every kind of chocolate covered fruit you can imagine!  They have strawberries, melons, pineapples, and so much more.
I got one of those fancy display ones for my mom's birthday a while back and she loved it.  My entire family can't say no to chocolate covered strawberries.  
The best part is that they deliver!  You don't even have to leave your house.  Call them up, place your order, and you're good to go.

I did not receive my order or a follow up call from management. I placed an order online from store #1038 3 weeks before my fiance's birthday to be delivered to her workplace. I received an email, confirmation number, and my credit card was charged. I thought nothing more of it until 4:00pm on the date of delivery when my fiancé got home from work without a special delivery. I called the store to check on the status of my order, gave my confirmation number and was placed on hold for several minutes. The representative came back on the line, said something about how her shift just began, a new driver, etc. and asked if I needed my order delivered by a certain time. I told her I'd like to cancel the order as my fiancé was already home for the day, and requested that the store manager call me the next day. She took down my information and advised that I would receive a call. I did not receive a follow up call from anyone, indicating very poor customer service and business management. I would not consider ordering from this store again.
