I would give 0 stars if I could.  Prices seemed expensive, but I liked the concept so I shelled out $100 for one of their more modest baskets to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's day.  Basket didn't come.  My wife didn't get a gift on Valentine's day.  

I find an email saying they will deliver the next day.  My wife won't be at work on the 15th, so delivery will be impossible.  Call to change the address: no one picks up, no messaging service.  Go to their website: impossible to change my order through their interface.  Go to leave negative feedback on their website: I am frustrated by the 25 required fields I have to fill out just to let them know they did a crappy job with my order.  

Sure feels like this store stole $100 from me and ruined my wife's Valentine's day.

My husband ordered me a fruit basket for Valentines they day prior, it was not delivered on Valentines, I was upset that I didn't get it that day considering the order was placed a day prior, still the day after, no order, have tried to call several times and phone is busy. Very unhappy...

I order 2 arrangements on 2 different days one was the 23rd of February to be delivered on Sunday the 26th of February,they took my money & didn't deliver everything with the arrangement & on Sunday the 26th i order my niece a arrangement for her birthday well they didn't deliver it to the correct address when I gave the the correct address I even put the instructions in the message area when I placed the order,so my niece never received her arrangement,i have been on the phone trying to get my money back, I went in the store after I called early yesterday morning I was told the manager would be there when I come on my lunch break,when I got there on my lunch break the lying ass lady in there kept giving me the run around & I have yet to hear from this manager,and I'm still waiting for my money refund for my niece arrangement that she never received & the money from the balloons & teddy bear I order for the other arrangement that they never sent with the arrangement...I will never deal with edible arrangement again

This place tooky money and did not delivery items.  I actually saw workers give away other people Valentine's gift from the back of the truck. The manager refused to come out and talk to the customers about the missing orders. This place is ghetto

I purchased a basket which I have been doing for a couple of years this year my ordered was not delivered nor did anyone give me a call, poor way to conduct a business I will never deal with again.
