*BUYER BEWARE*I ordered a Edible Arrangement on the Edible Arrangement website for delivery on Valentines day 2017. Store # 1164 was the closest location that populated to deliver to my wife's location of work. The order was estimated to be completed and delivered by Valentine's day @ 5. Upon speaking with my wife @ 6 and realizing that she never received the order I then proceeded to reach out to the location to notify them that the order was never completed. But the number on file only rang. Then I decided to reach out to Edible Arrangements directly only to find that their corporate office was closed for the day and I was able to leave a voicemail. The following morning I continued to call both the location (there store hours show they are open @ 8 am) and Corporate to see if it was possible to cancel the order since there was no longer a need for the item. Finally I received a call back from Lifa from Corporate and explained the situation. She filed my complaint with corporate and sent a message out to the owner of the franchise. It was advised to refuse the delivery if it appeared @ my wife's job. Later in the afternoon I received another call from Lifa that advised that they were also unable to get in contact with the owner of the franchise. And were aware that this was not an isolated incident. They have been made aware that the franchise is known for taking on orders and not filling them. In the mean time my account was being deducted the purchase amount.

I am very happy with the service. Ordered last week but had an issue with the order, called up the shop and Diana was extremely helpful, she was able to resolve the entire issue in 15-20 minutes as promised. 

Excellent service and definitely will order again.
