Instorage Self Storage is a Full Service Storage Center built for you, Our Customer. We proudly serve the Rancho Palos Verdes and Northwest San Pedro areas. InStorage Ranchos Palos Verdes is close in proximity to Eastview Park, Peck Park and the 110 Freeway.

We surveyed hundreds of storage customers and asked what was most important to them in choosing a storage center. Every response came down to three things...Quality, Security and Convenience are what are most important to storage customers, and we listened!

Whether you are a student here for the summer, or a business with inventory overflow or a Medical or Legal Office in need of file/records storage, we strive to consistently provide each of our customers, with the highest standards of Quality, Security and Convenience. To whom it may concern: I am writing this review to expose 3 major issues with my rental experience through your Rancho Palos Verdes location. I am very disappointed by the low quality of customer care and understanding. Number #1 your representative Monica Tarazaga was very warm and in inviting but when it cam to being clear on what the terms and pricing was she promised the 50% of the first month off only to not have it reflected on the final statement. She only told me how much I had to pay and never verbally went over the details stating that I would receive it via my email. My second issue is I had explained to representative as well that my need for the unit had a delay and upon her hearing that she assured me that though there was no prorate for the pricing that we should be ok as far the rental. 2 days later I realized that my circumstances had changed and that the storage unit was never opened. The INSTORAGE key is still on the lock. To be told that I was going to be called back and then be given the run around for a few days my role as customer feels like I am a burden to the company. My third and last concern is for this mysterious contract that was supposed to be sent to me via email. I have forwarded the email that I received which unfortunately has only my name and address it has no f=reference to my payment or even the terms and conditions. The lack of communication between employee and customer is terrible if you have a issue even down to the email. As a corporate company who would like to maintain their high rating in customer service I was under the impression that the matter would be easily resolved, and yet I have been placed in so much turmoil and secrecy and vague disregard that I now fear maybe someone has been paying off complaints of disgruntle customers to not report issues on yelp. For a future customers and for myself when I will need a unit in the near future I think the best solution is to look somewhere else. I need answers from a higher managerial status of Monica because to be told to refer to a contract that I never received via email can’t possibly be the only solution.

Instorage RPV has friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always eager to help. The facility is kept very clean. I truly appreciate there service.
