Helpful staff and large choice of books, organized well and neatly.  Checkout system is mostly smooth, but it can take a few tries to scan a library card.  The noise level is higher than I would prefer, but it is not too difficult to block out.  I personally would rather have the library, on days that it currently closes at 5pm, would instead open later, because many people have a job to do or school to attend, and can only go to the library later in the day.  All in all, a good library with a few minor flaws.

Small, but convenient for where we live. Not as busy as the large Edina library, but not as many options either.

Love the library! very very disappointed in it though, having renovation during summer. where kids should be reading lots of books, for those people who live near there and have to go to different library's. should have done it in the fall...

Very helpful staff. French books for kids, for those who go to Normandale. Perfect size library: small enough to feel at home in, big enough to have most books you'd want.
