Recently worked with Realtor Sean Ecklin to buy our first home. Super professional and really honest. Was available whenever we contacted him, even outside of normal working hours. When we wanted to view a house he was on top of getting a hold of the listing agent and was able to get us in within 24 hrs of us asking. He was present with us and in communication with us every step of the way. Could not have asked for a better first time home buying experience.

Edina Realty White Bear Lake has made my home selling and buying experience great. Everyone I have worked with there were friendly, knowledgeable, and more than helpful. Realtor Renee Anderson has guided me through the buying/selling process. She is always in good spirits and makes you smile. A true veteran of the trade, she has the knowledge and experience to help you confidently make your next big move. Renee has worked with my family and I for years. She has always been very personable and caring person. With my little knowledge of the whole process she is definitely not afraid to step in and tell you that you're making a bad decision or what you want is unreasonable. My work schedule is difficult but Renee always was flexible to make it work. She is always punctual and will not keep you in the dark. Speaking for my mother, siblings and myself, I'm pleased to have Renee as my realtor and happy to call her my friend.

Zero communication. I received a letter with my results from Equifax and still haven't gotten a call from Edina. Not sure if the pre approval is taking longer than expected or just a busy time. You'd think at least 1 call per week for an update would be made. Terrible.
