First, I went with the Kris Lindahl Team because of their ratings and reviews.  387 reviews..... all 5 star ratings except for one.  That speaks volumes right there.

Second, the agent I worked with is Theo Sandberg.  He is extremely knowledgeable and completely professional.  I was in need of someone who had experience with the VA Home Loan and Theo brought that experience to the table.  I didn't feel like I was being forced into anything.  In fact, Theo asked me what I was looking for and where I wanted to be as far as my monthly payments.  From that point forward Theo made the whole experience easy and painless.  I really liked that Theo worked around my schedule.  7pm wasn't too late to show me a house or respond to my emails.  The Kris Lindahl Team, they are who you want to go with.

Used the KL team three times, two purchases and a sale. They do a great job for their clients. Helped my wife and I find the perfect house we'd been searching for for several years. Patient and knowledgeable through the whole process. You won't go wrong with the Kris Lindahl team.

You are in great hands with Shannon Olson! She was fabulous to work with! She is attentive, honest, respectful and hard working! She responded and followed through on everything we requested. She's very knowledgeable and had our back during our housing transitions. She really cared about what's best for us. I would recommend her to anyone!

I decided to sell the home. I bought the home as a fixer upper but never ended up being able to fix it up the way I planned before needing to move. I searched for an experienced team who could help me determine the right selling price and what would be necessary to get the house sold without putting any extra into it. Brad and the Kris Lindahl team used their trove of buyers to find one that may be interested in the house and basically sold the house the same day as I signed them on to represent me. Really just unbelievable.

I knew I was in good hands from the moment I called Kara Werth to begin the process of selling my house to the final closing. She was genuine in how she handled the entire process, from setting realistic expectations, to talking through possible situations, and advocating for me. I was able to have open and honest conversations with her when I didn't understand a process or was uncomfortable with an offer. I trusted her savvy knowledge of the business and through her guidance she empowered me to make logical decisions in a often times emotional situation. I had a truly positive experience with Kara. I mean it when I say she is one of the best! She would be my first call again when buying or selling.
