We previously had 2 great, enjoyable stays here.  We even recommended the hotel to a group of friends getting away for a few days and decided to book another stay this year.  My wife went down ahead of me with our friends and we booked a separate room after her friends would return for her and I to get away for a couple of days.  But, we had a family emergency come up with one of our kids.  So, we were scrambling trying to figure out how to handle this situation at home while my wife was stuck in Florida.  Cancelling our upcoming room reservation wasn't the first thing on our list, but once we had things figured out my wife went to the front desk to let them know we couldn't stay.  We didn't necessarily expect a refund but my wife was very put off by a "sorry about your luck" attitude with no compassion or consideration.  This was a little more than 48 hours' notice which is in the gray area of their listed cancellation policy so it's understandable a refund wasn't in order, but I couldn't understand the lack of friendliness or compassion.  So, I just called to give them another chance but it was very matter of fact.  I only received the "We are sorry and everything, but...." excuse again which was consistent with my wife's experience.  We planned to make this a regular spot for getaways and refer our friends, but now we'll be looking elsewhere.

We stayed for five nights with our three kids and could not have been happier. The room was perfect, two separate rooms with their own bathroom, a great kitchen with all I needed to cook if I wanted to. The hotel was so close to the pier, shops and restaurants and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was just the perfect vacation, we will for sure be back.

Great place, will stay here again. Kitchen fully functional, great views and nice size patio. Staff very helpful.

We found this hotel online and booked it for a one night stay before going on a cruise. The rooms are small, but very clean. The hotel is modern and simple with white walls and no artwork in the rooms. I liked this simplicity! The hotel staff were very nice and helped us with any questions we had.

Great family getaway. The unit exceeded expectations. Get a room with a view! Wow! The whole property was well maintained and clean. I will be back for sure!
