big old Caribbean style suite rooms with porch in front of rock grotto pool. Fully re thatched large tiki bar with crazy stuff going on late night as well as surprisingly large cheap breakfasts in it in the morning. The two pools are hidden by the wrap around hotel rooms. Its a little old here but the atmosphere and uniqueness makes up for it. palms and plants everywhere. A little loud 1 of 3 nights but that was the luck of clientele for that night. not enough to drive you nuts or make you complain to the desk. across street from everything. Also should mention due to the age of the place, your door might stick and blinds not close fully, also expect the normal wear n' tear in the room, chips, old tub, etc.... it was clean though! kitchen had all utensils , full size coffee pot, ice trays, full size fridge, more like it was an apartment than hotel room.

We have stayed here multiple times, we love the location, centrally located and close to everything. The rooms have everything you need, this time we stayed in a small kitchenette room and it was perfect. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family the next time they travel to Fort Myers Beach.

This review is for their tiki bar only. My wife and I walked by on a Monday night and it seemed closed. We returned on Tuesday night and it was lively. They seem to have karaoke every Tues night that is even popular among the locals. I sang one song myself. Beers were cheap, only about $2.50/bottle. However, the reason why I only give them 3 stars is because it was very hot and stuffy inside, and all the cigarette smoke just made it worse. Although, it is like a tiki bar, this bar was mostly enclosed. We would have stayed longer and given them more business if they had air conditioning.

Good value! Be advised it's a party hotel loud til midnight. We had some ants in our room.

Staff was wonderful and the room we had was very spacious. Loved the atmosphere. Will most definitely want to come back again
