Eric Johnson ignored my phone calls for over a week. When I finally reached him to explain the urgency of accessing the account for a family member’s rapidly increasing medical care, he scheduled an appointment to come to the home to get paperwork signed. He never showed up. He never called to apologize or reschedule, even though he knew this was an urgent matter. He dodged my calls for another week and then tried to put off a follow up appointment for 3 weeks. He never did have the courtesy to take my call after he stood us up. He was horrible to work with and I requested our former representative, who has handled everything we need quickly, now that Eric is no longer in the picture.
