They have false documentation in their charting of my childs visits as no shows that have not happened and my childrens fathers ex wife down on my childs account as well.  They would send infromation to her as on my childs appointments when she was due which is an obvious violation of HIPAA. The front office staff needs some definite training, although Dr. Rick is very gentle and is a great dentist and has a great  chairside manor.

All 3 of my kids are patients of Dr rick. Very professional and does awesome work. Would recommend him to anyone! Great with children with special needs.

Absolute worst front desk staff ever and to say best pediatric dentist care in peoria hahaha yea f***** right. On top of that How is that you can get dropped for not responding to a letter that you never received. Goes to show how much this office cares about children... 
They really need to find new front desk staff because how could you represent company in such a unprofessional rude way.
