I have always had a pleasant experience here. I come here for my tags on all three cars. Two of my kids got the license here. I have got two title transfers done here. I was really surprised by their low rating. I never rate anything but I felt I needed to today.

I was in there this past weekend and it was actually a pleasure. The two employees that helped me were fast and friendly, even joking around. I was pleasantly surprised. I have been using this facility for as long as I can remember. When it is busy things will naturally  take longer but they are always fully staffed and usually pretty fast. I have personally never had a problem here. Go in with a smile and get better service. Say thank you and get more respect.

We never had a bad experience. They are very busy but never rude.

These people have the worst customer service . I have now called twice to retrieve the documents in order to register my vehicle. I get there and they are rude and rush you off. They made me wait knowing I still didn't have what they needed which was completely unnecessary. They've argued with me over whether or not I own or leased the vehichle because I do not have the original title. They are short with everyone in line, and talk down to you. After 2 calls and 2 attempts to register my vehicle here I will not go back and highly recommend you go to another location. Worst location.

Worst DMV I've ever been too.  Terrible attitudes, yell at people, and throw their paperwork down on the counter.  I've never been so disrespected.  These people should lose their jobs!
