Not very pleasant customer service.

I was in need of a package that I knew was at their office because I was tracking it.  Went in as soon as they opened and were still sorting the mail.  

I asked," could just give me the package, for my *name* on *address* it will be the size of a cell phone."  She just looked at me and said "No I'm not going to look through the boxes, so the answer is No.

As a formal employee of the post office... that was just pure lazy.

I paid $10 for shipping yet they refuse to deliver my package! So my money is stolen and I have to go pick it up myself.

This branch alongside St. Louis office LOST some important mail with all my personal information, AFTER i had called them to report that it would be sent to a different address. When I called up there granted I wasn't in the best mood (for good reason), to ask where it was since it should've been here weeks ago the extremely rude woman on the phone told me they had no clue and couldn't even tell me if it had been delivered anywhere. I replied that its messed up (not exact words) that they would be so careless with someone's personal information.. Did they try to help? Absolutely not, without hesitation the woman said goodbye and hung up. I'm not sure if there's anything i can do legally, but this really pushed me over the top.
