As always, E/A was very responsive to my call for help when A/C went out overnight. Gary arrived promptly as promised, identified and corrected the compressor problem quickly and we're back up and running this afternoon. Unit is still under warranty, we couldn't be more satisfied.

Effective Air, in my experience has always had top-notch customer service. This morning my furnace broke, I spoke with Ken at dispatch (friendly and concerned) and a rep-Kerry (who was friendly and great at what he did), came out to fix it just 4 hour later. Kerry explained everything he was doing and what my repair/replacement options were. Everything was reasonably priced. Great service!

Effective Air is amazing! We had them replace our entire HVAC system recently and we can't say enough good things about the experience. Not only were their prices fair, they were also professional in their work and interactions with us. Highly recommend them!
