I just left this place looking for a room for my ex husband. I told him what my guest thought about this place but he was looking for something cheap. The saying you get what you pay for should not even apply here. I wouldn't pay $1 to live here. The guy showed me a room and I could only think to myself, no way my children will be visiting their dad here.This place is filthy. It smells like urine. Broken furniture. And the staff is unprofessional as hell. Dude at the check in looked like he's fresh out the pen & don't know what the hell he's doing. I've had several guest that have left this place & are willing to pay the extra $300 to stay at my hotel because of the bed bugs & crime here. This place is not fit for a crack head.

Just got a room yesterday for an extended stay. Linda is very pleasant and actually put me on a waiting list for an open studio and called me the next morning. The room is clean and seems cozy.

The lodge in Austell is very clean with reasonable rates, family friendly, has wifi & cable. Get there erily if you want a room they are useualy full by 3 pm

Omg this place is scary. Not only does the outside in compete disarray, the people not only look horrible but they smell too. Trash everywhere....the tastiest people you could possibly think of are here. I know we as people sometimes fall to the tragedy of hard times and I completely sympathize but just because you are hard up for cash, doesn't mean you have to neglect the frequent use of a shower. There was a young lady there bragging about how she stole meat from the store and sold it...ok. I get that but if you can steal meat to sell to get a score as she stated (I'm assuming dope) then why can you not steal a bar of soap along with other much needed toiletries? When your cloths can stand on their own and you have fur babies on your teeth, I'm going to go ahead and say you should be stealing more than meat if you must steal at all. I do not understand why low income help ALLOWS individuals come into their establishment and ruin it with their filth. How about everyone getting some outside chores in order to stay? Why not some room inspections to make sure these filthy individuals are keeping your housing and extended stays up to par? Doesn't this ever occur to any of you owners? It just baffles me how some of these extended stays just let nasty individuals come and destroy what they worked so hard for to achieve. Clean this place up, do some maintenance, kick the filth out, do inspections of the rooms to keep it nice then guess what? You can charge more for a cleaner and nicer establishment and put more money in your pocket. Drug free people who keep things in a neat and orderly fashion will never stay at a place like this because they do not want to live around people of low standards. People don't mind spending money if they know they are getting a quality stay that is clean, safe and drug free. Raise your standards as a establishment and the rest will take care of itself. Smh this should be common sense.
