This hotel is very nice. Beds, furniture and decor seem contemporary and new. My family enjoyed a comfortable stay here. Great amenities in the room as well. However, I was very disappointed with the customer service. The gal working the front desk in the evening upon our arrival, was very unfriendly. She seemed preoccupied with her phone to get up and greet or help us and when she did, it was minimal at best. Breakfast was lacking. Very few items to choose from and the waffle maker did not work. Overall if you are looking for a place to sleep and that's all, this is a good place. Don't expect much more than that.

The place was under construction when we stayed which was a little inconvenient but overall the stay was nice. The place is big, the rooms are quiet, good sized with good sized bathrooms. The customer service was really good and I like that the place was off the main road a bit so you didn't have to listen to cars go by or anything like that.

Highly recommended! Pamela is so sweet, we talked during breakfast for a good half hour. Right now they are doing some renovations, but the hospitality makes up for the inconvenient circumstances. Which I might add, it isn't much of a problem, in all honesty. Wonderful service and clean, I would absolutely come again!

Very clean, great customer service and super accomodating. They're under renovations but you really couldn't tell. We had a very peaceful stay and the beds sleep wonderfully. We would definitely stay here again.

I started here for two nights and the service was great. Each employee that I interacted with was nice and helpful. There is construction going on in the hotel at the moment but it didn't start until a reasonable hour and the hotel provided ear plugs.
