I called to see if a friend of mine was being serviced thru them? - I knew she was, but didnt know what location, so I called. Rude man picked up the phone, and said he never head of the person, when I asked for the Kenny Road location's phone #, I was treated rudely. I know he didnt want to play operator, but I knew he would have the phone #, and I was calling from my car in route to work. I was put off by the way the call was handled. Turns out, my friend was being serviced thru that location, he just didnt know at that point.
