I could not have been more pleased with the service we received. My husband passed away quite unexpectedly and I was not prepared at all to make the arrangements. I was given all the time necessary and not rushed at all. The director I worked with made us feel we were his top priority. After the cremation again he sat with me, carried everything to the car, remembered family names and circumstances like an old friend. I would definitely use them again if I had to do it all over.

My family had a loved one pass away suddenly. When we met with Mitch, he immediately put us at ease, was very professional and accomodating. Also the staff was wonderful and couldn't do enough for our family. We had our loved one cremated and when we picked up the remains, Mitch walked the remains out, placed them in the car and put a seat belt around them. How very respectful and thoughtful. We also received a handwritten note from Mitch, which I have never seen that before from a funeral home and it certainly meant a lot to our family. I would definitely use this funeral home again

This home was one of the worst I have ever attended. When loosing a loved one you expect the workers of the funeral home to be nice, compassionate as well as professional in the time of hardship. I did not see the workers as any of these qualities. A time of loss is not a time to be rushed it makes for an unpleasant feeling all in it's self. I can get over the being rushed, the rude employees, and the lack of compassion. The one thing I can NOT get over is the fact that they had my loved one in such an uncomfortable position. This man was one of the best people I have ever met and I am so upset that they did not have his body in a peaceful position with his hands at his side and his head at rest. The home had my loved one with his neck kinked to the side while being elevated far too high as well as his arms not positioned in a resting position. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
