Late dinner. Everything was good! The burger over texas toast, covered in gravy was good but there was way more fries than meat but the half with meat filled me up! It was like $10.99. My friend got the breakfast platter, not sure the nameof it, but I forgot to take a pic of the pancakes, hers came with two. Hers cost $10-$12ish range....yum! Kid-friendliness: High chairs, booster seats, & I think a kids menu... Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

They were extremely busy, wait wasn't too bad... Our order/drink was taken and then we waited... We got the wrong food before our drinks came, then, they fixed the mix up on the food, About 20 minutes and still no drinks... I finally asked, my son asked for water, which came faster than our drink order, drinks finally came... Our food took longer, finally our waitress came to apologize, apparently our food was done and no one called the correct number and it just sat and got cold, and the kitchen was remaking it, however, it was put in to go containers, which was fine, I guess, had to get the rest of my order... So finally after about 45 minutes from sitting down we ate out of to go containers... Our waitress was overwhelmed and kept apologizing when it wasn't her fault, it was the kitchen's... Over all it was an okay experience... More kitchen organization is definitely needed...
Clean, great service & food, however the last 2 times I've been in there's been a man, who I assume is a manager since he went into the office, sitting at the counter eating, yelling & swearing at employees & being so loud about it that it ruined our dining experience. He dropped an "F bomb" several times. He's so loud & obnoxious that it's like being in a bar with the local drunk at the end of the bar giving life lectures to anyone who he comes across.
Ok, so.... I understand the sign, asking you to be nice to the waitress, or waiters. Because you are understaffed. That however is no excuse for them to blatantly ignore any of the 5 customers with equal number of floor staff, at the time of my visit Wheelchair accessibility: Could probably use a different style of breezeway to make entry a little easier for handicapable senior citizens.
Went in for a nice breakfast today, but was sorely disappointed. The food seemed cooked well but came accompanied by 2x long black hairs and one small black twirling hair. Looked in the kitchen and saw all 4 of the cook staff had facial hair and none of them had it covered. None of them wearing gloves. Covid surge is in full swing and they are packing people in every booth they can. No noticeable precautions in place. They used to have them. Manager was there in his office. Saw him come out and watch staff without correcting them at all. Time for new management as this place is being operated very poorly.
What the?...This place is consistently bad in the kitchen...look at the eggs who does that, I ordered over medium. And also when u get a full meal..they will throw all of it on top of each other so when u get to your hash browns you got all the Grease soaked into the hash browns, I get this type of service 4 out of 5 times. Never get to go.
Good breakfast and comparable prices. Good choice for me.
Literally one of very few restaurants that feels like they deserve an extra 5$ for allowing you to use DoorDash and not using their staff to wait on you regardless of your orders. 50$ for a breakfast for two on DoorDash because of their inflated fees and prices for using a service that REDUCES their labor requirements for the same meal.
You either need to take the hot chocolate off the menu or have someone on the clock at all times that can make Starbucks hot chocolate. This has happened multiple times where I come in and can get hot chocolate before 7 pm and then after a couple of visits I can't get it. Today I was told I couldn't get it after 2, I do not drink coffee, but would like a watm drink and I know you have other customers in my situation also.
