I have been a residential mortgage loan officer for 14 years.  Mona, Abe and team have been one of the best real estate agent teams we have worked with (over the last 10 years).  Somehow in this competitive market they seem to get their buyer's offers accepted at a higher rate than other agents we work with.  They have a very well oiled machine that we have seen work time and time again.  I can recommend any of our borrowers to their team.  Kudos!

I felt like were demanding customers, coming from the Chicago market, unused to the area & prices & pace of the California real estate market.

Mona & Her Husband/Partner Abe were patient and willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see in such a short time frame till we felt comfortable in placing an offer on a house.

She was able to help us negotiate the best offer and I feel like in the end, we received the best house for us at the absolute best price, because of her.

There were severely unusual complications to our escrow process and she was able to facilitate a beneficial resolution.

I would definitely recommend her to anyone & only use her again if I was looking to buy in her area.

My husband and I have been in mortgage business for a total of 18 years- so we know a bit about the process of selling and purchasing a home.  We have know Mona and Abe thru the business and aside from the fact that they are lovely, honest people we knew that they would sell our home at the best price efficiently.  From the start to finish, from initial market analysis, pricing, organizing plan, Aerial video, professional photography and staging, holding broker tour and open houses- Mona and Abe provided a 5 star service for us.   Mona was available to address any of our concerns.  Thanks to Mona and Abe, we successfully sold our home above asking price in a short period of time and now looking forward to our next phase of our lives.

Mona was incredibly helpful, from start to finish. We had to close on our East Bay home from the East Coast, and it was wonderful having her nearby to help us with everything we needed. Her advice was focussed and unbiased, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to to get us our house.
