Einstein Bros. Bagels is the type of restaurant that one can go to for a dine-in, or for a quick snack. They offer a wide range of flavors for their bagels, and they also offer creative sandwiches if one is not in the mood for just bagels. For those who enjoy coffee, specialty coffee beverages, or smoothies, then Einstein Bagels is the place to go. This location is not very large, but the interior is ideal and comfortable for short visits. The service at this location is excellent, and all of the employees are friendly.

I love almost all the shops in downtown Hinsdale, but this is about my favorite breakfast spot. Get a seat by the window and enjoy your coffee and bagel while people-watching :)

A Hinsdale institution. Just get there before the schools get out or you will be surrounded by Junior High kids

Love the asiago bagel—I usually get that with the garden veggie cream cheese. 

My most recent tastings there have included the smoked salmon cream cheese, the maple cream cheese, and the pizza bagel. All were SO GOOD.
