I wish I can rate the store and customer service 1 star and the baked goods 4 starts, but unfortunately the food is not worth the headache. 

When my fiance and I walked in there were about 3 - 20 something women attending to customers. We unfortunately got the one girl who stated "she didn't get enough sleep last night" so that is why she could barely take our order. After struggling on our order we left disappointed at the customer service.

The cake and pastries were delicious.

Cut 2 weeks later - dropped off the tableware we rented and ordered a small birthday cake and 6 cupcakes.  Upon arrival the name on the cake was misspelled and the cupcakes were "missing".  They forgot to make the cupcakes and had me wait until they "found" them.

Again, the cake was delicious and so where the cupcakes.

Sorry, food cakes and everything else I tried was why to over the top sugar.....just because you add a ton of sugar, doesn't make it good......also found that they hire nothing but "south of the border" people there......back room is very dirty, very very UN organized......kinda stuck up.....they just look at you funny when you need something.....maybe they need the health dept to visit.....big time thumbs down for both their locations in Chicago and Hinsdale.....def. not worth the $ paid for services.....other small bakery's do much bettet
