Best location, feels cozy and inviting even when super busy. Best bagels and service anywhere in DFW or Texas for that matter!

It is located in a very nice area & very convenient for those who work at the DFW Airport & want to grab something to eat. The place is very clean

I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this is hands down the worst run business I've ever seen (this specific location, not the whole chain).  My kids like to get bagels on the weekends so we've stopped by a few times.  Each time the service has been extremely slow and unfriendly.  We've given them the benefit of the doubt each time but today was the last straw -- it took 30 minutes to get 4 bagels sliced with cream cheese to go.  Well, actually 3 bagels because they left one out and also put the wrong cream cheese on 2 of the 3 we did get.  There were 5 employees working who all seemed to be confused and standing around most of the time rather than working on orders.  It's clear that there is a fundamental problem with the way this location is run -- these things always start with the owner.

Recommend calling in any large orders you have or if you want a specific type of bagel in a large quantity.
