Still love your food, but please fix your website! I ordered dinner online for pick up through the drive thru. I thought that was really convenient. I placed my order for Chicken and Dumpling Soup and Vegetable Soup with yummy sandwiches too, and paid with my debit card. The manager called me before my husband got there to let me know the soup I ordered hasn't been available at their store for months!!! I didn't like the other soup choices, and my husband had particularly picked Schlotzsky's for the Chicken and Dumpling soup. I asked the manager to just cancel the order. I decided we would go to Cotton Patch. They have the Chicken and Dumplings. After a month, and multiple calls to the manager of the Southlake Schlotzsky's, they still haven't refunded my $38.00!! I am having to go through my bank and dispute the charges. Very inconvenient. I don't know how difficult it is to process a refund for $38.00, but they never did it, even though they kept telling me they would. Maybe it's because it was an online purchase?? Even so, super disappointing service from the managers at that store. Also, how could they have soups on their website months after they had been discontinued at the store?? The soups are still on there? OR... Why does the Southlake Schlotzsky's not offer the soups that are available at other Schlotzsky's? One way or another, they really need to fix that.

This is always a reliable place for lunch. I love the sandwiches, and my Grands love the kids pizza with the cookie! Can’t go wrong!

Standard fare. I'd like to see a little more protein in the sandwiches and if I order no mayo I'd like the sandwich to be delivered that way but at least it was light mayo. Not a bad sandwich though and the soup is good too.
