They have great coffee and the bagels are some of the best. The employees are always friendly and try to get to know you. They almost give it a small town diner feel.

Very poor quality bagels. My bagel had unrecognizable particles on it, when I tried to remove it there was some kind of brown residue left. Needless, to say I did not eat it. The two male employees showed a lack of care. I may be the first to never return, but I will not be the last. Employees should show better care. Apathy opposes quality. Thanks for a disgusting morning.

Start with the positive: Their bagels are better than Panera. They do seem to provide excellent customer service to their REGULAR customers. Negative: We pre-ordered for pick up the next morning. When I arrived the gal who seemed like she was in charge had no knowledge of order. She went in back and then came back out and realized the bagels were already packaged on counter. Our order included two Joe to go (coffee). OMG the gal who was in charge was the only one that knew how to fill the containers. She had to help at counter while trying to make the coffee. I spent over 20 minutes waiting for the order which was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Had to ask 3 times for receipt.

This place is very popular, if you don't like to wait and don't have patience don't visit this store, but the crew that works there are phenomenal, it's like they've worked together forever, and it shows, their regular customers love them. The sandwiches are great, pastries are wonderful, and the coffee is out of this world.

Bagels good...workers greatly improved, now actually friendly...but same old same old, the seating needs a MAJOR update/improvement.
