I've never had a bad experience here, even the one time my order got mixed up the staff was so friendly and so pleasant and really went above and beyond to make it right. I come here at least 3x a week and they are consistently joyous and happy. A really great start to my day. Highly recommended

I would give it a zero considering we never received service. The Wheat Ridge Colorado location not one person could look at me and ask me for our order... Three employees just continue to walk around and do things. My grandson and I just wanted a bagel. I finally asked if I could get service to get our bagel. I guess because we weren't standing in the main line which everybody in the main line had already ordered we could not get a bagel order. Other locations I have stood in front of the bagel cabinet and they take my order there just like everybody else that was standing there!

I haven't been to an Einstein's in a long time.... and probably won't be back after today. The two people that helped me and my husband were very rude, wouldn't speak up so that we could hear them and I had to repeat every part of my order three times. When I got it, it was the most bland tasting breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The bagel was barely toasted and had minimal flavour, even the cheese didn't have hardly any flavour. It took a while to get our order even though they weren't busy. Super disappointed.

ZERO stars is deserved. Consistently gets orders wrong and even when not busy they do not seem to genuinely care about making sure the order is correct. If you could actually eat there, maybe it would be easier when they don't give you ALL the food your ordered, but when you drive over 20 minutes to and from only to get home and realize they messed up and now your kid doesn't get to eat, well it might make you a little mad.  UPDATE: THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS.

Can never order online because it’s always turned off, can never eat inside because they have no tables. You would think corporate would be doing more to help a busy location but ‍

I ordered Nova Lox Lox and Bagels served on a toasted green chile bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and capers.  I ordered it without sliced onion and the order was done to perfection.  Staff was friendly.  Store was busy but they were able to complete the order quickly.

If I could give zero stars I would, the people that work here are terrible worse Einstein every. I dont even want to go to any other location because of this location and the way they treated me here. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF FOR NO REASON........

Einstein Brothers is consistently decent and always happy with your bagels and cream cheese. Coffee is also good

Unfortunately I've never had such an epic fail at ANY einstein bagel before. I ordered the deli lunch ham & swiss extra onion. For the amount of time it took to get my sandwich, I'm beyond shocked at the disaster that was the sandwich... WAY too heavy on mayo, NO CHEESE and the inedible part of the onion, including the peel. Had I not already driven 20 minutes away, I would have gone back... I seriously cannot believe that this was served to me as Food I paid for... I only visited this one because it had the highest reviews of any close by... I'm not at all happy. Make sure you check your sandwiches before leaving.
