Went here for the first time. A good friend recommended this restaurant. The food was just okay. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. The fajitas and enchiladas were good but the beans, rice, tamales, ground beef were very bland. The beef reminded me of taco bell meat. The staff was so friendly and took great care of us. We would have given 3 stars but then we go the bill and knocked it down to 2 star. Our food came out to $61. Then we were surprised to pay almost extra $3 because used our card. Why? Ridiculous. Oh and it didn't end there. We also got charged a $2.65 convince fee on top of the fees charged and this didn't include the tip for our server. Unacceptable.

The name says it all, authentic breakfast burrito spot by morning and Mexican restaurant by night. One heat offering of green chili offered inside the burritos. The burritos are large, flavorful and very reasonable. Lots of link sausage, eggs, cheese and potatoes. The employee running the front is courteous and efficient.

This place was excellent for us. The server was nice and she was working hard to satisfy her customers. They probably need more staff. There is free parking on the premises and the food did not disappoint. The Chips and Salsa was fantastic which is my favorite thing at Mexican restaurants and our dishes were excellent/fulfilling. The food was so good that we contemplated returning there to eat on a 3 day road trip.

Authentic and delicious. Exactly what we were in the mood for, this place hits the spot! Complimentary chips and salsa is an amazing bonus. Biggest drinks I have ever seen at a restaurant and the food portion sizes are massive. You will be full and satisfied after leaving El Aguascalientes!

The Breakfast burritos are quite good! The Carnitas Supreme burrito I got and asked for extra cheese was mediocre.  Had no extra cheese as did the previous burrito I ordered a week prior.  Most likely will not be back.  To many other places to try that listen to your request for something as simple as extra cheese.  I paid for it and would like to have it.

The food was delicious and authentic.  The service was genuinely kind and attentive.  I came here for dinner with two friends last week and really enjoyed our time.  It wasn't too busy on Friday night, which was a nice escape from the wait and hype of the neo-hipster cuisine that pervades much of the Denver / Arvada area.  We made sure to order a few horchatas to go because their blend was fantastic.  Everything on the menu is solid, so the hardest part is choosing.

Ladies at the front not kind or friendly. Came in the am it was empty. Was grilled it I called to order food. Umm no it is an open establishment, we should be able to walk in and order. After I came lots of others came in like a couple and some construction workers. The ladies didn't grill them about if they called ahead like they did to me. They asked what they wanted to order. So rude!!!

Absolutely delicious. Everything was super fresh and had so much flavor. Customer service is excellent as well. We will definitely be back!

So we came out tonight to eat for our anniversary.  We like to eat a lot of restaurants, so we've been to Mexican restaurants from Aurora to Golden from Brighton to Highlands ranch.  This is some of the best Mexican food I've ever had.  Muy Bueno
