Years ago I encountered a lot of problems with the service, but lately it seems much improved. I think the bagels are very good, although you'll never think you're in Brooklyn. The $6 bakers dozen is now $7, but that is still a great price. I think the coffee is decent and a heckof a lot cheaper than Starbucks. The reviewers rant about a $9 bagel sandwich seems justied. Stick with a bagel and schmear or the Monday bakers dozen and you can't go wrong. Oh, also once had a good cafe mocha here.

Love the bagles. Good schmears too. Option to have it toasted or not. Really good breakfast sandwiches too. Get your moneys worth. Nice seating area.

don't buy coffee here unless you like being disappointed, & wasting money.
the bagels are usually delicious, but for whatever reason, they really seem to enjoy handing you a bunch of things seperately instead of just putting it all in a bigger bag. very annoying experience here basically every time i come.

Last 2 times bagels were a little dry. Have not been back. Prices are on the high end except for Monday. $6 gets you 13 to go.
