I'm currently enjoying a divine cinnamon sugar bagel with my significant other courtesy of the outstanding team at Einstein's. Amber, Gage, Melissa, Devon, Jay, Elisa, David, and the rest of the gang have turned this quick bagel run into the greatest twenty minutes of my life. Special shout-out to Einstein's class clown/poet laureate, Gordon, whose wit is as sharp as his coffee and bagel slinging skills.

July 2nd was the worst. At 10 a.m. The coffee was all empty- we paid for our order under the name Smitty. All tables were served. Waited 20 minutes and order did not arrive. Did not ask for refund. Called manager who did not care and hung the phone up on me. Today's staff does not care about customers. Breaking update; The bagels are delicious. My wife convinced me to try again. July 15th- Regular staff was together. At 10 am the manager recognized us. She also acknowledged that she read our previous post and apologized for our last experience. The bagels are delicious and the personal attention to our issue was all we needed.

I have been twice since it opened and I've experienced terrible customer service both times. The first time I went the cashier was not friendly at all, had no idea what she was doing, and didn't give me cream cheese after charging me for it. The second time I went, no one answered the drive though window (it was not busy at all) and when I went inside I was the only customer ordering anything and they took more than 5 minutes to get me one non-toasted bagel. And instead of giving me cream cheese in a tub, they put an excessive amount of cream cheese on the bagel before giving it to me. Also as I was about to leave they took care of a customer at the drive through even though I had just been denied that service. And the bagels aren't even that great.

Don't go here. They have a GIGANTIC sign up that says "Drive Thru open at 5AM". We pulled up at 6:40AM and they ignored us at the speaker. We drive around to the window and honked (how else are we supposed to get their attention). Still ignored. Mind you there are two employee cars in the parking lot at this time. So we pull all the way back around to the front and I go and knock on the front door. There are two employees very, very visible inside, just blatantly ignoring us. I knock again and one employee walks over and just points at the open sign on the door that says 7AM. I point at their sign other sign and hold up 5 fingers. I tell him that sign says open at 5. He says "our owner put that up" and literally kept repeating that to me as an excuse for why he was refusing to do his job. Then another young lady walks over to do the same thing! Point uselessly at a sign on the door and tell me her owner put up the open at 5AM sign. Well guess what guys, that means he wants y'all to WORK AT 5AM!!! If you don't want to work that early, don't work the morning shift and DON'T work at a breakfast/coffee shop!!! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

My first time there and my turkey and cheese roll was delicious. My sweet tea wasn't as fresh but otherwise I'd eat there again.
